Noisy. Impossible to sleep. No small towels. We ask for them, and they didn't give them to us. No mini fridge, no microwave, no hair dryer, no iron, light bulbs burnt out. Overall, the worst place I've ever stayed. I would not give a one, but a cero on my review, but that's not an option. I will make sure my friends and family do not stay at that place

Muy recomendado el hotel está ubicado en una área muy céntrica. El centro comercial está a pasos de distancia, El Bar del 5to piso tiene muy buen ambiente y lo mejor de todo fue la gente que nos atendieron extremadamente bien.. La próxima que regresemos a Santa Lucia definitivamente nos hospedaremos aquí.

Lo que me gustó del Hotel fue el Restaurante ahí todo muy bien , el hotel es nuevos, pero se escucha muchos ruidos de las otras habitaciones, incluso cuando la gente pasa por los pasillos no se puede dormir, el día que me quedé a dormir, no habían toallas en la habitación ni para secarse las manos y creo que el precio está muy elevado, sólo le doy dos estrellas
