This cosy ground floor flat offers a comfortable and functional space, ideal for those who prefer to avoid stairs. With capacity for 4 people, it has two bedrooms: a master bedroom with a double bed and large wardrobes, and another with two single beds and a spacious chest of drawers. The living room is equipped with a chaise longue sofa and a 55' Smart TV to enjoy your leisure time. From here there is access to a charming interior patio with table and chairs, perfect for relaxing or enjoying a quiet read.
The kitchen, open to the living room, is bright and fully equipped, with a practical high table ideal for sharing meals and special moments. In addition, from the kitchen there is access to a second large interior patio of about 11 m², furnished with a table and comfortable chairs, which adds even more space and natural light to the whole space. Next to this courtyard are the master bedroom and the bathroom with shower, all connected by a large corridor.
On the roof terrace of the building, which is accessed by stairs, guests can enjoy a solarium shared with only two other homes. This communal space is equipped with hammocks and a chill out area ideal for sunbathing, disconnecting and enjoying the good Canarian climate. Also on this floor are the washing machine, dryer and cleaning utensils, all for communal use.

From Vecindario you can also explore charming villages and unique natural areas.
