My first day/night was not good. I was in a room that faced the traffic. Even with the shutters closed, it did nothing to alleviate the noise. The traffic didn't stop until midnight.
The next morning I asked if I could be moved. Thankfully a room facing the quiet courtyard was found.
Breakfast was very good, with many choices in a charming historic room.

The bed was comfortable but low to the floor. The shower was very slippery and could have used a shower mat. The breakfast was great. The staff were very nice and helpful.

Our flight was delayed, and we arrived after 9 PM. By then, everyone had left, and the yard gate was closed, so we couldn’t even access the property. We also noticed that one of the beds was falling apart, which we had to report before it was fixed. That same night, the bathroom drain became clogged, causing water to spill all over the bathroom floor. Although they sent a plumber to fix the issue the following day, it was still an unpleasant experience. The breakfast was also quite average, with very limited options. Overall, the stay was disappointing due to these inconveniences.

"Empty mini bar, tired, small, uninvited room, with horrific view over dumpster/ tired back alley. Location perfect, breakfast poor, staff mostly rude/ unhelpful. Definitely not a 4star, 2 at best."

"Nothing. Bed was like sleeping on a block of cement. No way to boil water for tea. AC is controlled by front desk I froze, tried to call front desk but internal phone did not work so no room service. No transport to airport only cab. Hotel is isolated. Never Again. Staff were pleasant"
