"Our room was spacious and clean and the bed comfortable. The room was on the 3rd floor, so we had limited view of C’an Picafort and the sea, but this was not a problem for us as we spent most of our time outside of the hotel. The cleaning staff was very nice and helpful if we needed something. The receptionists were also welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was really great, a large variety of quality foods. The only remark would be the lack of marked allergenes, an issue because one of us can’t have gluten. It would be nice to be able to pick glutenfree bread and cake without having to ask the staff. We did not use the pool area, all the sun beds had guests towels on them before breakfast. It is a nice and large pool and activity area outside the hotel, great for children."

"A great day! Beautiful outdoor pool – there was always space in the area. A great Bar with amazing staff – front desk and Night Shift worker was amazing as well very helpful! "Enjoyable stay with a few quibbles. The pool was always very clean, and the lifeguard was helpful when we lost some googles at the bottom of the pool. We only used the pool in the hotel itself. It was quieter than the one across the road by the lounge for some reason. I was a bit disappointed with the opening hours of the pools - you couldn't have a swim before breakfast, for example. The rooms are small - I think we've had a bigger room in an airport hotel. There wasn't room for a bedside table on one side. They do have a nice feel though - floor to ceiling and full width windows, and the balcony was excellent - spacious with a pleasing view of the pool and general surrounds. The air conditioning was excellent. The breakfast was good - plenty of variety, enough cooked things to assemble a full English, some really good bread, as well as all the things you'd expect of a continental breakfast. A bit less water in the orange juice would have been good. I had a flat white from the coffee machine. Both decaf and normal were enjoyable. The basics - booking taxis and restaurants were excellent. Also check-in and out were both quick and efficient. The staff had less local knowledge than I hoped: they didn't know the local Parc Natural de s'Albufera was closed for repairs for example,"

Areas for improvement were the hotel linen (the duvet felt like rough paper) & all the board games had missing pieces so none was playable."
