Limited service throughout the hotel - rooms are only cleaned every few days, beach towels only changed 3x per week and if you miss the 2 hour slot or are out of the hotel you have to keep them. This is not well communicated so we only had 2 or 3 towel changes for 10 day stay. Won't be returning, there are much better choices at this high price."

"The hotel is quite good for a family. The amenities are also good. There are a lot of animations. The flats are not very well soundproofed. Lack of staff at reception to order dinner. I had the misfortune to think that sparkling water was self-service when the bar manager came up to me and treated me like a thief because I hadn't taken the all-inclusive package. Instead, he emptied the glass in front of me."

. A very child friendly place. A few minors - Not the best wifi, spending time waiting for the lifts and some staff could have been more friendly. Overall though a great week away and feel very relaxed!"
