This charming villa offers an ideal break for families or groups of friends.

Accommodating up to 6 people, the property is spread over two floors, with all the comforts for a relaxing holiday.



On the ground floor, you will find the fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living-dining room with views of the garden and swimming pool. The brightness of the space creates a cosy atmosphere, perfect for sharing moments in company. There are also two bedrooms on this floor, each with two single beds and en-suite bathroom, offering privacy and comfort for guests.

The first floor has an elegant master bedroom with double bed, en-suite bathroom and access to a private terrace. From here, you can enjoy wonderful views of the impressive Serra de Tramuntana mountain range, creating a corner of peace and tranquillity.

Outside, you will be captivated by the large swimming pool and the garden with a barbecue and a play area for children and a ping pong table, ideal for leisure time with family or friends.



The villa is located only 5 minutes by car from the beautiful beach of Muro and offers easy access to mountain routes for those who wish to explore the nature of the island.

This villa combines comfort, tranquillity and proximity to some of the best destinations in Mallorca, making it the perfect place for an unforgettable holiday.

schönes ,geräumiges Haus mit großem gepflegtenPool in relativ ruhiger Lage -leider hat die Finca undichte Fenster und Terassentüren-wir hatten während unseres Aufenthaltes im September aufgrund von Gewittern 3 Mal Überschwemmung in allen westseitigen Zimmern -das schöne große Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss konnten wir nicht benutzen,da sich im danebenliegenden Badezimmer ein unangenehmer Fäkalgeruch ausbereitete -dürftige Ausstattung der Küchenutensilien-zerkratzte Pfannen, abgeschlagenens Geschirr,kaputte Messer.... -kaputte Lounge Garnitur auf der Terasse -eine Aussendusche fehlt sehr enttäuschend für ein Haus in dieser Preisklasse!!

Vielen Dank für alles , Danke das sie immer so schnell ein Techniker geschickt haben . Wir sind mit dem Haus sehr zufrieden gewesen . Das einzige was unangenehm war , waren die Moskitos , aber da können sie ja nichts dafür , weil Mallorca ist ja bekannt dafür das da sehr viele da sind . Ansonsten sind wir für alles dankbar

Eine ruhige Finca zum Erholen

Die Finca hat eine großzügige Raumaufteilung, weil es drei Zimmer mit jeweiligem Bad-en-suite gibt. Das Schwimmbecken ist groß, die Umgebung ruhig. Man kann sich wirklich erholen. Das Serviceteam von MallorcaCharme ist sehr freundlich und bemüht, die ganze organisatorische Abwicklung hat hervorragend funktioniert. Die Sauberkeit und Ausstattung im Haus: Im oberen Bad geht ein unangenehmer Geruch von der Kanalisation aus. In der Küche müssten das Geschirr und die Töpfe bzw. Pfannen ausgetauscht werden, die Teflon-Pfannen sind zerkratzt, die Teller sind angeschlagen, z.B. bei den Schälchen sind nur 3 Exemplare vorhanden. Ansonsten fehlt es auch am nötigsten (Salz, Pfeffer). Das kennen wir anders von Häusern in diesem Preissegment. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt in diesem Haus, haben aber aufgrund dieser Bedingungen darauf verzichtet, mehr als Frühstück zuzubereiten.

Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt und waren rundum zufrieden!

Für uns war es die perfekte Lage, wohnen in der Natur, aber trotzdem die Möglichkeit zu haben, in wenigen Minuten am Strand sein zu können. Bei Fragen war es eine superschnelle und unkomplizierte Kommunikation.

Ruhige Lage im Norden von Mallorca

Lage und Zustand entsprachen vollständig der Werbung. Auf die Reklamation hinsichtlich kleinerer Mängel (Ameisen in der Küche und die Sauberkeit des Pools), wurde sofort und positiv reagiert. Die Sauberkeit von Wohn und Schlaffräumen, sowie des Pools könnten besser sein. Die Beschreibung der Nebenkosten ist missverständlich formuliert. Während deutlich darauf hingewiesen wird, dass eine "Kurtaxe" in bar vor Ort zu zahlen ist, erfolgt dieser Hinweis in Bezug auf die Stromkosten nicht. Aus diesem Grund haben wir dem Service leider nur ein gut geben können.

Schöne Finka mit viel Privatsphäre

Es gibt nur ein Nachbargrundstück, dass die meiste Zeit ungenutzt ist und daher ist man quasi für sich alleine. Nachts kann man lediglich die Vögel und Schafe/Ziegen hören. Leider war während unseres Aufenthalts ein Siphon/Abfluss im oberen Badezimmer defekt und daher konnte auch das angrenzende Schlafzimmer nicht genutzt werden.

Peaceful hideaway

We enjoyed the time spent at the Villa. It was a bit remote from any city with some sheep in the neighborhood. Did not see many people during our stay. Big pool and aircon in every room made the stay nice during the hot days.

Toller Urlaub in einer tollen Finka!

Super seriöse Agentur Mallorca Charme! Sie sprechen deutsch und sind bei Problemen sofort zur Stelle. Die Finka ist mit einer Alarmanlage gesichert, was einem ein gutes Gefühl gibt. Die Fotos im Internet entsprechen der Realität. Wir waren total zufrieden! Die Matratzen sind teilweise durchgelegen. Die elektronischen Geräte sollten mal getestet/gewartet werden. Die Kaffeemaschine hat z.B. einen Schaden, weil sie nicht richtig durch läuft.
