This property is fantastic. We had an Incredible time and were in aw of where we were staying the entire time (especially for the price). The view is unbeatable. We spent so much time sitting on the balcony overlooking SM and the water. It is spacious, clean and would be perfect for up to 3 couples or a large family. It is a 10-15 walk into the town and to the water. We made the walk multiple times per day. The walk back is up hill and could be taxing for older guests, but overall the location is great. The unit itself really was perfect. It had everything you could possibly need for a long stay. 3 spacious bedrooms with beds large enough for 2 people each, and another room with a small bed but plenty of room. The living room is large, the balcony is amazing, and the kitchen is great as well. There are 4 full bathrooms and 1 walk-in shower. It is the entire 2nd floor of a multiple floor building, but we never felt like we were anything but on our own property. It’s a private entrance.I cannot recommend this place enough. The communication was great and we were met by Alessandro who was so excited to see us (even though we arrived later than expected) and gave us a tour. If I make it back to SM, I will be staying here. 10/10
