The front desk staff are amazing. It's a well kept property, with an epic rooftop restaurant, patio and pool. Great for sunsets and also daytime shade. Right on the beach for easy access, and they have palapas to relax under. The downside was they play loud music on the beach most of the day. La Punta is a busy place, so lots of music at night everywhere.

This place is amazing!!! Right in front of the beach and on the Punta strip. My friend and I had such a great experience staying here and enjoying all the amenities. The sunsets were incredible on the rooftop or on the beach. It made it so much more special to have such kind people working there. Made us feel very welcomed during out whole stay and so happy that we chose this place. The location is also perfect because your surrounded by great food and drinks spots! The only thing I can advise for improvement is to come up with a better way to communicate with guests if theres any outages such as water. On our last day at this resort, the water stopped working for a few hours and it happen to occur at a very inconvienent time. I understand we are on the beach and these things happen but it should of been communicated somehow.

Beautiful spot. Right in the ocean! I must have read wrong but I thought breakfast was included and I would expect it to be for this price. Staff was very nice and accommodating. You can hear club music it's right in the busy street but it didn't bother me. It's the neighbors and at times it does get redundant they should turn it WAY down! Way to loud and club music!

El hotel está muy bonito, tiene una super ubicación y en general está muy bien. Lo que les falta es cuidar algunos detalles, como: mejorar la limpieza de la habitaciones, el personal tiene poca iniciativa, uno tiene que estar solicitando toallas, agua, etc. Lo que no nos gustó para nada fue que nos limitaran el agua caliente, si bien está uno en una playa, tampoco es como que quiera bañarte con agua fría. Solicité permiso para hacer un checkout a las 13 hrs (solo pedí una hora más) y me dijeron que no se podía; sin embargo, fueron a tocarme a las 12:00 para que ya les diera el cuarto, cuando ya estábamos por salir, de pésimo gusto. Considero que les falta personal.

La habitación muy bonita, excelente aire acondicionado, toda la habitación con aspecto de limpieza. Lo único que no me gustó es que un día no me sustituyeron las tazas de café y me las dejaron sucias de un día para otro y también la jarra de café no la lavaron. no hay nadie de guardia en las noches y muy temprano en la mañana no hubo ni a quien pedirle el café para la cafetera.

El servicio excelente, la habitación muy limpia, el personal del hotel de lo mejor. Pero olvidé mis audífonos (Air pods max), y media hora después de salir marqué al hotel y resulta que no estaban. Estoy absolutamente segura que los dejé encima del escritorio de la habitación. Qué mal, porque habíamos pasado unos días espectaculares, pero con ese mal sabor de boca nos fuimos.

La habitación estuvo impecable , el unico tema fue que nos las entregaron 1 hora 20 minutos después del check out porque no estaba disponible, incluso quedaron de avisarme cuando estuviera lista y no me avisaron tuvimos que ir a recepción a recordarles. Y te piden que entregues a las 12 pm en punto o te cobran otra noche.
