En revanche, l’isolation phonique est assez limitée : cela peut être gênant si vous êtes sensible au bruit, même si le quartier reste plutôt calme dans l’ensemble. Enfin, le ballon d’eau chaude est un peu juste pour deux personnes, avec en plus l’impossibilité de le forcer, ce qui peut s’avérer contraignant pour...
