Santa Maria di Focallo Beach

This room was just okay for what we paid, the laminate flooring was not in great shape. The plus was the great balcony view, staff at the reception was very helpful in arranging a beach day. Very close to the main shopping and dining area. The room was clean and the air conditioning worked well.

The staff was the absolute best!! We loved the breakfast, very walkable location to beaches and restaurants. We have stayed here a few times before as well! Highly recommend

My stay at the Splendid Hotel in Taormina was absolutely wonderful. The location couldn’t be better - just a short walk to the town center and the cable car that takes you down to the sea. It’s the perfect base to explore everything Taormina has to offer. What truly stood out, though, was how warm and welcoming the atmosphere was from the moment I arrived. The hotel has a charming, relaxing vibe, and the staff made me feel completely at home. A special mention goes to Mohammed at the front desk, who was incredibly kind, professional, and always ready to help. Whether I needed directions, recommendations, or just a friendly conversation, Mohammed was consistently attentive and thoughtful. His hospitality made my stay even more enjoyable. If you’re looking for a hotel with a great location and genuinely caring staff, the Splendid Hotel is a fantastic choice. I am already looking forward to my next visit!
