No Air conditioning. There was a fan but it shook to an easy state. The noise from the city life was loud late as it is a touristy town. BUT The staff was friendly and had some good recommendations for local fare though it ended up being the most expensive meal of our trip. The pool was fun too. 3/5.

Nice and close to grocery and restaurants. Cleaning staff really good. Only change they cud make is have a quiet time after 10pm around pool and hotel

This hotel is in an excellent location to walk to both Playa Chahue and Playa Santa Cruz, and to walk to many restaurants and a large grocery store. Note that there is no elevator but the stairs are good exercise. Staff very friendly and helpful especially Omar, Lisette and Yolanda. Thank you for welcoming us so kindly!

Pros: nice place, clean, close to shopping places, nice wifi friendly, helpful staff. Cons: only one elevator on one isle, super hot and small, no fan in it. No water, tea, coffee maker, glasses, limited towels. Even when asked they wouldn't give you anything else. I can only give a 7/10😲

Hi Not very happy this hotel is no way worth 281.00 as i was charged, this is hotel is very deceiving in its rating, and as represented by Expedia very bad no hot water, internet was hit an miss, not enough towels in the room, no shower mats i would like a refund, further the Tv signal bad overall experience was very poor, i am looki g to get at least half of the monies refunded. The office staff would constantly turn the air conditioning system off without telling us. The TV volume did not work, and office/cleaning crew would constantly want to count our room towels. On the positive side, the pool was kept to high standards and the pool staff was friendly so was the overnight office staff. I will not stay there again for sure!

Todo era y parecía perfecto; camas cómodas, baño amplio, toallas, sábanas y todo en general limpio pero el ultimo día encontramos una cucarachita saliendo detrás de la televisión. Nos causó mucho asco pensar que pudo haber más 😞

OK hotel - men heller ikke mere end det!

Vores familierum til 5 personer havde 3 senge. Det var meget smalle senge. Hotellet er meget nøjeregnende med håndklæder - man får kun ét hver, og de er bange for, at man tager dem med på stranden. Ville være rart med to håndklæder pr. person - ét til kroppen og ét til håret, når man er fire piger med langt hår, der skal vaskes efter strandtur. Men det var umuligt at få, selv efter en lille diskussion med personalet. Vi havde selv medbragt strandhåndlæder, men når man bor i stueetagen har man ingen balkon, så man har svært ved at få tørret sine strandhåndklæder. Desuden hverken glas eller køleskab på værelset, hvilket er ret kritisk, når man er på strandferie i varmen. Hotellet er placeret fint med gåafstand 1,5 KM til “landsbyen ” Crucecita og til den børnevenlige strand i Santa Cruz en kilometer væk. Manglende aircondition, der kun blev tændt, når man bad om det. En af medarbejderne i reception var meget behjælpelig med at organisere en transfer, ellers ikke meget kontakt.

Esta clasificado como excelente , regó la seguridad que un hotel con recomendación de excelente , no tiene cucarachas en los cuartos , el hotel sabe del problema y no lo resuelve , por otra parte expedía debe actualizar sus calificaciones basados en las encuestas de los clientes, y tal vez hasta multarlos , o penalizar a lo hoteles que mientan o traten de engañar a los clientes , ya que es una ex muy desagradable llega a un sitio con algún tipo de plaga. Uno busca descansar en algún hotel de recomendación espero que sirva de algo estos comentarios , y espero que expedía tomé cartas en el asunto de este tipo por qué si es un poco grave

Me hospedé en la suite junior y en general es cómoda pero no estaba muy limpia. La terraza y la tina de hidromasaje estaban sucias. El espacio de la regadera estaba sucio, hanía arena en el piso.
