The space
Cozy 26 sqm rustic chic house perfect for a couple, for a small family or friends who don’t want to share the same bed. It’s clean and bright.
Furnished with 2 comfortable double beds with good linens, air conditioning, a well equipped kitchenette, a terrace where you can relax at night and a little stylish bathroom.
You will be just a few steps from the most spectacular and wild beach in Huatulco and a 10 minutes walk to the Copalita river estuary which is perfect to swim during most part of the year.
Guest access
The guesthouse is totally private with a separate entrance from the main house, Also the terrace is not shared with the others units
Other things to note
La Bocana is becoming the hip town in Huatulco, there are some constructions in the neighborhood, expect some noises during weekdays.
Bahias de Huatulco has a subtropical climate, while this provides incredible beauty and natural wonders from the sky to sea, it also means that heat, humidity and sudden tropical squalls are common occurrences especially in summer season.
Living on a beach surrounded by jungle also means an abundance of Geckos, Iguanas, ants and land crabs.
