Leider ist die Wohnung sehr dunkel, weil die wenigen Fenster zum sehr kleinen Hinterhof oder zu schmalen Gasse hinausgehen. Aussicht hat man nur von der Dachterrasse, von dieser hat man aber einen schönen Blick auf Funchal und den Hafen. Die Gasse, an der die Wohnung liegt ist sehr schmal und sehr steil. Man sollte also gut zu Fuß oder ein geschickter Autofahrer sein, wenn man hier wohnt....
