"Great hotel. Location was perfect for multiple restaurants, tourist sites as well as the metro, tram stops and train station. We had two rooms which were clean. No street noise that we noticed. The mini bar with water, coke and beer that they would restock each time they would clean (which was daily if desired) was nice as well. Coming from east coast overnight flight, we arrived at 9 am. They took our luggage and even had one room ready around noon rather than the 3 pm checkin time. Staff was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend if you are visiting Lisbon."

"This hotel was located in the perfect spot! We took the metro from the airport to a station that was a 5 minute walk away from the hotel right near the beautiful Rua Augusta Arch. The tram was a close walk, many great restaurants. Everything was great at the hotel. My only dislike was the stiff bed but besides that everything was fine. We would definitely choose to stay here again if we come back to Lisbon."
