"We (family of 4) stayed here for 5 days over the New Year and we can't say enough about the genuine, inviting, and fun nature of the staff. The food is excellent and the staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. The entire hotel is well appointed with fresh rooms, amazing mountain views and shuttles to the area ski lifts. We would definitely return. "

"This property was presented as “exceptional” it was average and OK. Staff was extremely knowledgeable and very nice. However, the room is tiny, and the bed and pillows were very hard. The price was reasonable that the property should be listed as good, not exceptional."

Service geht anders. Ist auch nicht Risikofrei. - Die Betten würde ich so definieren: nächster Härtegrad der Matratzen = Betonboden. An angenehmem Schlafen war nicht zu denken. Ein absolutes No Go für ein Hotel...

"A very nice family run hotel, I was there on a cycling trip to ride the big climbs in Bormio. Would not hesitate to return to this hotel. They also cater to skiers in winter. And I can imagine Bormio is a excellent location for winter sports also!"

"L' albergo si trova in un ottima posizione la stanza piccola ma pulitissima con tt il necessario per un soggiorno breve unica pecca in bagno mancava il bidet. Personale eccellente pronto ad aiutarti e a darti informazioni .la colazione ottima con torte fatte in casa buonissime e anche una parte destinato al salato . consiglio vivamente "

"Die Lage am Berg ist einzigartig und zugleich etwas schwieriger mit dem Auto. Einziger Minuspunkt sind die sehr wenigen und kaum vorhandenen Parkplätze. Die gebuchte Suite mit Whirlpool ist top!"
