Great place if you are looking to do bird watching and other nature related activities. The bird feeders not only attract an incredible amount of birds but also some other mammals such as the Agouti and the Coati. The area is known for sightings of the King Vulture, all types of toucans, tanagers, parrots, etc. Including a Cayman that lives in the lagoon. They also have trails. Food was good, specially breakfast.

But what truly distinguishes this hotel is its remarkable staff. The level of hospitality is outstanding - gracious, attentive, and genuinely caring. Throughout my entire stay, I felt completely looked after, with every need met with warmth and professionalism. I felt genuinely welcomed and valued.
