"We have stated at this building for years when it was a hotel and now that it’s private residência we decided to book this apartment for the long weekend with my friend and my 11 month son. "The room I was given was very dirty. "No my room didn't overlook the beach. The room was clean and it was in a terrific location with easy access to everything. This is like a historic building. It's ginormous and it's right across from the beach so lots of rooms face the beach. It has air conditioning. We had two private bedrooms with bathroom and a fridge It suit our needs perfectly. Breakfast was included in the room price. "

Lazy service. I had to ask to do additional towels several times. Check in took 30 minutes. I took 1 hour from SP to Santos, and took 30 minutes for a lousy check in. "

I wiped everything down with Clorox wipes before I touched anything. I showered with flip flops. The beds were clean and I slept well - the only reason I gave it a two star. The location was great as well. "
