The staff was very welcoming and accomodating as we all arrived as a group of 8 at different times. They were able to keep us all on the same floor and the room type were as promised. The rooms were very clean and we felt very safe. The front desk staff was helpful in dining recommendations as well as directions to the beach. All of their "local" recommendations were amazing! The treck to the beach was up and dosn many stairs but not the fault of the hotel. We would highly recommend a stay at the Bellevue.

This was one of, if not the BEST, hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I would give this hotel a million trillion stars if I could. This is a small, family run, quiet and intimate hotel. The family owns it, runs it, and are the best people you’ll ever meet in your life. From the first night where they provided us with snacks and drinks, to the insanely delicious breakfasts they cook up every morning, to the shuttling they do when you want to go to the beach or marina or Positano. It was a truly incredible experience. And I would hands down recommend staying here over Positano if you’re looking for a quiet and chill atmosphere. Thank you to the family and staff at Hotel Pellegrino. We loved every minute of our stay!

Amazing. No other explanation needed

Great holiday experience with wonder staff. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Room was clean but not having an elevator and no help carrying in our check in bags up two flights of stairs was not what we'd hope for checking into a rather expensive hotel. The breakfast isn't bad but it's very limited and the room doesn't have a window so it feels much smaller than the photos. The shower also does not get very warm and it's very very small - it feels tight. We opted to change hotels even though they didn't refund is because it wasn't the experience we'd hoped for given the amount of money we paid
