"The staff were extraordinary. Very accommodating and ensured we had the best stay possible. Our room wasn’t fancy however well appointed with a small fridge. Breakfast offering was perfectly fine. They even arranged for car service to the airport. Many of the surrounding restaurants had limited hours because we were there end of season but we were able to arrange for a car to and from town which was a bonus. The walking doable but took about 20 minutes on streets that could be difficult to navigate without some sort of map. "

"Amazing service, clean, great food! We went with kids and they loved the view and walking around the hotel! We went right after flying 12hrs, and we got there when the restaurant was closing and they extended the time so we could have lunch 🙏"

"The staff was amazing and the room was big and clean. It's a little less than 10 minute walk from the train station and about 15 minute walk from the port, so right in the middle. It's just a few steps off the main road and inside a building with other businesses in it. It's just up one flight of stairs or you can take the small elevator to floor 1. The area is nice and there are plenty of restaurants and shops along the main road. The water is just across the street and is a beautiful area to walk around. The staff really was the stand out for the stay, they explained everything to us and allowed us to keep our bags there the next day after check out because we don't board our cruise until the afternoon. They also can call to have someone take you to the port terminal for just 10 euro per person. I really enjoyed my night here and I would recommend it to anyone staying in Civitavecchia. "

"Very convenient to the terminals, two walkways and you are there. In the morning we were at the terminal in like 2 minutes, I loved that. The room has everything you need for an overnight stay, clean, comfortable. My only thing is there was this huge bright light right outside of our window so our room was not as dark as I hoped it would be. It is probably for safety but it is a bit inconvenient and the window coverings do not block that very effectively."
