Great location in this city for cruise port stays. Ocean View room was wonderful. Breakfast was Amazing. Rooms were very clean and we did not hear any outside noise at all, staff was very helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend this location and we will be staying there on future trip.

This hotel was perfect for our needs. We needed a place to stay in Civitavevchia prior to our cruise. It is perfectly situated on the waterfront and close to numerous restaurants and other attractions. The property seemed a bit dated but very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast the next morning was great.

Loved this property so much that we returned 2.5 years later. The rooms are romantic, the breakfast buffet is exceptional, and there is much to see and do just a few steps from the hotel. Very close to the port, train station, bus station, and car rental. The Concierge will coordinate a private driver to take you to the port to board your cruise.

Perfect place to stay before a cruise. 5 min walk from the train stations and the port shuttle. The rooms are large by European standards and there is shopping, dining & beach within walking distance.

Room was clean, nice location. Hotel is older and could use some repairs. Bathroom in main hotel is unisex but none of the doors lock going in or the actual door to the toilet. Shower in room had one side of the shower door off the hinges, window was not working properly to open and safe did not work. We were only there for one night so it was ok, a longer stay, we would not enjoy with the room we were in 201.
