"Lovely staff and great location. But needs renovation and maintain, not even the lift was working, windows are cracking and the pool was half empty…. A pity"

"Good staff and beautiful place "

"We turned up. No-one there ... Got to speak to a lady. Agreed to cancel with no charge. Expedia took the money anyway."

"Great relaxing atmosphere. Easy free parking."

"The staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms clean. The food was also good. We liked the location, minutes away drive to Trujillo and a great stop if coming from a city like Sevilla heading to Madrid. We enjoyed our stay !"

"Susana was very friendly and wait for us to give us the keys. Great location in front of main plaza. Basic room, very clean. Room was located in third floor, no elevator. Overall very good experience "

"The staff were very helpful, the room was a good size and bathroom products were available. The hotel was very accommodating for our dog. The evening meal was delicious and very good value, as was the breakfast which had a good choice of hot and cold items. The location is stunning and we wished we had more time to explore to admire the views and local nature."

"The apartment was in a well located area. Second floor but there was an elevator. Easy check-in/out. Parking very close to apartment. It was very spacious with a nice equipped kitchen. Two bedrooms and a sofa bed."

"Great property, excellent service, great staff"

"It is a really beautiful old house with curved ceilings and amazing doorways. We absolutely loved it! It’s also on a perfect location."

"Excellent location. Room was very nice and the bathroom good size. Elevator was helpful but optional. Check in was awkward with their automated entry but once in you switched to manual keys which worked fine. Very convenient to food"

"The hotel is conveniently located. The staff is very nice. Breakfast was good."
