Ubicado en una de las zonas más exclusivas y tranquilas de la ciudad, este espacio combina comodidad, elegancia y una conexión directa con la naturaleza caribeña.

El apartamento cuenta con amplios ventanales y un balcón privado desde donde se puede disfrutar de una vista panorámica al océano. El mar se convierte en el protagonista de cada día, ya sea que estés desayunando con el sol naciente o descansando mientras el cielo se pinta de colores al atardecer.

A 200 metros de la playa, frente a reservas naturales. Club house ( Piscinas, sauna jacuzzis, gimnasio y salón de juegos)


Para el control de los huéspedes, el edificio exige al ingreso la compra de una manilla por huésped mayor de 7 años .

Dicha manilla cuesta $25.000 por persona.

Allí podrá disfrutar de 4 piscinas, 4 Jacuzzi, terraza piso 16 con BBQ, 2 jacuzzi más, salón de juegos, GYM, sauna, turco.
