Welcome to Tropical Wave, your perfect beach retreat located along the iconic Scenic Highway 30A. This first-floor condo is nestled within the recently built Hidden Lake community on the west end of Santa Rosa Beach and offers exceptional amenities, modern comfort, and easy beach access.

Guests will love the community features, including a zero-entry pool, spacious fitness center, outdoor grilling area, and a short 5–7 minute walk to the beach. The condo itself is bright and inviting, featuring an open-concept kitchen with granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances, and a fully stocked setup for home-cooked meals. A stackable washer and dryer add extra convenience for longer stays.

The unit comfortably accommodates guests with a king bed in the primary bedroom, a king bed in the guest bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Step outside to the private patio—perfect for enjoying morning coffee or evening wine al fresco.

To make your beach getaway effortless, we provide beach essentials including 4 beach towels, 2 beach chairs, and an umbrella.

Community & Parking
Hidden Lake is a gated community, and all access details will be provided prior to arrival. This unit includes two designated parking spaces, with additional accommodation for gas-powered golf carts as long as they are parked in marked spots. Ample parking is available throughout the complex.

You’ll be within walking distance of local favorites including restaurants, ice cream shops, and boutiques—Shunk Gulley is a guest favorite and just steps away.

Beach Access Options
Guests can choose from three nearby public beach access points:

Spooky Lane Access
Cross Highway 30A, head right, and turn left onto Spooky Lane (approximately three blocks away). The road ends directly at the beach.

Gulfview Heights Access
Cross 30A and head left, then turn right onto Gulfview Heights Street. Parking is available here but fills quickly.
Beach chair rentals and limited bike racks are available at this location.

Ed Walline Beach Access
Located about one mile to the east, this access offers parking, picnic tables, and stunning views. It’s conveniently located across from Shunk Gulley.
