Welcome to "Dune Retreat 522", a stunning 2-story, 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo perfectly situated in a gated community less than a mile from the sparkling turquoise waters and pristine white sands of the Emerald Coast. Whether you're looking to relax or play, this retreat has something for everyone. Lounge by the large community pool, enjoy friendly competition with bocce ball, shuffleboard, or putt-putt, or stay active in the fitness center. The bedroom furniture and mattress are new as of 10/2/25 and we are awaiting delivery of a living room sectional in a couple weeks.

Inside, the open-concept living and dining area offers a bright and welcoming space to gather with family and friends. The kitchen is a showstopper, featuring new appliances, elegant pendant lighting, and a stylish backsplash, making it perfect for meal prep or entertaining. Fresh paint throughout the first floor adds a clean, inviting feel. Step out onto your private balcony to sip your morning coffee or unwind with a sunset cocktail.

The main floor features the master king suite with private bath, a guest room with a full over full bunk bed, and a full guest bathroom with a bathtub/shower combination. Upstairs, you'll find two additional guest bedrooms—a king bedroom and a queen bedroom—plus another full bathroom, perfect for larger families or groups. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, flat-screen TVs, and a washer/dryer for your convenience.

Please note that stairs are required for entry, as this condo is located on the second floor of the building. Great Home!

A Perfect Beach Getaway! We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful townhome! It's clear the owners put a lot of care into decorating—the home is stunning and felt so welcoming. Everything we needed, from kitchen essentials to linens, was already provided, and the on-site amenities (pool, gym, shuffleboard) were fantastic bonuses. The location is ideal. While you're not directly on the sand, it's an easy walk or drive to the beach. This gave us the perfect balance of peace and quiet while still having the beach easily accessible. Highly recommend this townhome for anyone looking for a stylish, fully equipped, and conveniently located place for their beach vacation!
