The main living space of the home is located on the second floor with a kitchen, living room, 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms. There is seating for four at the kitchen island and five out on the screened in porch - you will have plenty of room for family and friends to gather, chat, and enjoy delicious meals. And of course, we have got stainless steel appliances that add a touch of elegance and functionality to this fabulous space. Now, here is a feature that will surely make a splash—the stand-alone ice maker. There is also a stacked washer/dryer in the kitchen area. The living room is cozy with a couch that comfortably seats four. It is the perfect setup for movie nights, game days, or simply lounging around and enjoying each others company. The shared full bathroom serves both the living room and two of the bedrooms, offering convenience for all. You will find a tub-shower combo and a single sink.
