- One Seagrove Place Condo, right in the heart of Seagrove Beach and the famous C 30A, is 1 mile east of Seaside. The 2 bedroom/2bath condo sleeps 6 with the queen sofa sleeper and is convenient to grocery stores, great restaurants, and shopping.
The condo is freshly painted with travertine flooring throughout, granite counter tops and stainless appliances in the kitchen. The den is appointed with a sleeper sofa, a matching chair and 2 swivel rocker chairs along with a 42' flat screen T.V. There is a King Master ensuite and a Queen Guest ensuite with luxurious mattresses and linens in the bedrooms, and a Queen sleeper sofa! From the balcony, the open sunset views over the gulf are stunning, and the new cushioned balcony seating provides a relaxing way to enjoy the beach.
One Seagrove Place has a heated pool, work out facility, elevators, along with Beach Service, Bikes and Recreational Rentals as well!
