HOME HIGHLIGHTS:
- Per WaterColor HOA, all guests 5 years of age or older must be included in your adult guest total in order to receive wristbands to access amenities and pools. This home is allotted 12 wristbands.

Guests staying in WaterColor will have access to the newly expanded WaterColor Beach Club. It features a new main pool and lounge area, second pool deck with additional lounge seating, and third pool with zero-entry, as well an enhanced WaterColor Grill, and new sunset bar, Costa Chica. All have scenic views of the Gulf of Mexico.

Please note: Effective March 15, 2014, golf cart rentals in WaterColor must be made through The Electric Cart Company and will be limited to 60 vehicles throughout the community at any given time. Only one cart may be rented per home and rentals will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis.

The property had tons of room to accommodate our family of 9, and the 4 porches provided a lot of outdoor space. It’s in a great location with easy access to several Watercolor pools, Western Lake the beach and shopping. The only constructive feedback was for the large patio area. The tables and chairs were very dirty and the gas grill was filthy and not working properly. We found loose screws, staples and 5 partially used paint cans on the patio, so needed to keep the grandchildren away from that space. Also, there’s two exposed bolts on the golf cart that caused a minor knee injury on an adult and a bump on a grandchild’s head. Those should be fixed. I can send a pic.

We love Watercolor! 7th Heaven was a wonderful home and comfortably fit our multigenerational family. It was clean and well cared for. All the furnishings were beautiful and comfortable. We all loved the porches!
