This elegant Gulf front three-bedroom, three-bath unit is located in Santa Rosa Beach. Each bedroom has a private bath and hall half-bath is available for guests. A large, fully equipped kitchen comes complete with a gas range and a large breakfast bar. With two dining areas and a table outside, guests have a choice on where to eat. The living area overlooks the balcony, with views of the pristinely maintained courtyard, pool and gulf.

Blue Mountain Beach's Best Location

My wife and I have stayed in between Panama City and the Miramar areas so many times from our first trip in 1990--and this location is the best. Because you are at the highest location along this beach, the climb up the beach stairs is harder with age, but worthwhile in terms of views from the Bella Vita courtyard, and rooms--all have a view of the water.

Great stay

We enjoyed our stay here! The unit was spacious, clean, comfortable and peaceful! We really loved that everything seemed to be within a 10-15 minutes drive from the condominium! We would love to come back to this unit at some point. One of my favorite things is the gym at this condo had everything I needed and then some! Some small down falls would be obviously the stairs down to the beach. This is, in our opinions, made better by the fact the beach is private and not crowded at all. The property itself is super strict about anything over railing or anything on the balcony’s which we didn’t mind at all. The condo was lacking a few utensils such as grilling equipment, certain glass bakeware, and had minimum towels, blankets, pillows offered but all of these things are very minor in comparison to all the positive this unit offers! We hope y’all enjoy your stay here as much as we have!

Great location

Positives. This property is in a very nice, well kept complex in great location on 30A. Several good eating spots within a short walk. The property is private and secure with easy beach access in a setting high above the gulf. With the price point, expected items like some beach chairs/towels, simple condiments, trash bags, paper towels, TP to be provided - they were not. Also, the unit is a little tired in places.

We loved our stay there, everything was beautiful and comfortable. Would definitely like to come back, but we heard from one of the condo owners said that owners don’t want to have rentals. That would be a shame. Also there was no hair dryer as your amenities said there was.
