Great Location- Cleanliness & Check-In Needs Work

This property is located in a great location. The decor is cheerful and modern. The beds are comfortable. The property was dirty upon arrival- the floors clearly had not been swept and there was food debris and hair in the rug in the living room. There is mold in the vents in each of the upstairs restrooms. We watched the ceiling darken around the vents during the course of the stay. The kitchen is missing things like dish towels, wine glasses, functional pot holders, and the knives are in desperate need of sharpening. We had a problem with cockroaches on the first floor. We did not receive the door code to check-in to the property until we asked for it AFTER the published check-in time. Lastly, the golf cart is in poor working order. It’s not likely street legal even though the listing (even at the time of this review) still boasts that it can be used to go to Gulf Place or Grayton Beach.
