EXQUISITE WATERCOLOR CARRIAGE HOUSE! SLEEPS 2-4-COME TO THE BEACH & ENJOY 30A!!

This Luxurious Carriage House, 'Goin' Coastal' in WaterColor at 142 Pond Cypress Way in Santa Rosa Beach, FL 32459 is the perfect vacation rental. It is separate from the large private home and its spacious studio-like one big room with 15-foot ceilings and gorgeous hardwood floors fits the needs of friends on a get-a-way, a couple on a romantic weekend or a small family with room for a couple of kids. In addition to the plush king bed there is also a queen convertible sofa bed and plenty of room for cribs or extra luggage! Keep in mind that this is one big room so the sleeper sofa is in the same room as the king bed ;)

The large comfy sofa is the perfect place to watch sporting events or movies in front of the large flat screen TV. The kitchen is ideal for quick meals and has a full-sized fridge, sink and microwave. There is no stove, oven or washer/dryer as we assume you will be enjoying one of the many restaurants in the area and not cooking or doing laundry while on vacation! The full bathroom includes a shower, tub and large sink area with room to spread out as you get ready to go out to a nice dinner or a walk on our pristine white beaches to view our incredible sunsets.

The cozy carriage house is on a quiet corner in Phase II and overlooks a beautiful pond. We are steps away from one of WaterColor's nine gorgeous pools. Guests will get up to four amenity bands and that is the maximum we are allowed to have via our HOA rules ;)

WaterColor was voted the #1 Family Resort by Travel and Leisure and is the perfect place to enjoy the perfect beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. We have just completed the new Camp Watercolor with two pools, slides and a lazy river as well as the Watercolor Beach Club with three pools and three restaurants. There is nothing like this on the coast. Numerous activities are available such as biking, kayaking, surfing, tennis, golf, hiking and incredible restaurants for the family as well as just adults. Having come to 30A for 15 plus years with four kids ourselves WaterColor has great access to wonderful responsible babysitters that will treat your kids as their own. The southern hospitality is like no other and you will find yourselves coming back year after year like we did before we made this our home. Come and enjoy the vacation you deserve and remember... a day at the beach is worth a million in town!

Amazing stay, hosts and location

Spring Break stay with our teenage daughters. Perfect location for the pools and to ride bikes or walk to the beach. Hands down Beth and Randy were the most accommodating hosts we’ve ever come across with several VRBO rental experiences. This place is a favorite!

Beth was an outstanding hostess. Our family of 3 loved our time in Watercolor for the long weekend. The carriage house was comfortable and peaceful, and we were able to easily bike or walk to Seaside, the beach, Grayton Beach, and the surrounding Watercolor neighborhood! We would love to return someday soon!

Exceptional getaway

We couldn't have asked for better accommodations for our short getaway! The room was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. We alternated between walking or taking the trolley to the spectacular beach club. The hosts were phenomonal-comminicative and extraordinarily nice. We would book this over and over again!

The hosts were very welcoming and friendly. We experienced a shower that had extreme temperature changes every time we tried to shower. The tv signal was spotty and would freeze. Bathroom electrical socket cover fell off as soon as we tried to plug something into it. So I got ready in the living space. Overall the hosts had been out of the country so had not been able to check properly before we arrived and said would fix for future guests

This was our first stay in Watercolor and the carriage house was the perfect choice! It was so welcoming and comfortable; tucked back in a quiet part of the neighborhood. Beth was an excellent host and always so quick to answer any questions. Look forward to visiting again!

A Slice of Coastal Heaven

From the moment my girls and I arrived at this charming beach house, we were completely smitten! The home is the perfect blend of comfort, style, and coastal charm. The location is unbeatable. We were steps from Camp Watercolor and the amazing Watercolor Trolley (free!) took us quickly to the beach! We rode our bikes to Seaside every evening and were just a short bike ride to the grocery store, coffee shop and pizza.We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay! We left feeling refreshed, grateful, and already dreaming of our return. Highly, highly recommend!

Beth is an amazing host & just an all around great person. She checked in with us regularly to make sure we had all that we needed for an enjoyable stay. Amazing vacation!

This carriage home was absolutely perfect for my family. Beautiful, clean, quiet, private, and close to all the best perks of watercolor! Beth and Randy were generous, kind, communicative and the perfect hosts. Parking was easy and convenient. We had a perfect stay at Beth’s carriage house. Our family of 4 felt that there was plenty of room in the carriage house. Most of our time was spent in Seaside or in Watercolor. Beth was immediately responsive- really for little questions or recommendations- as we had zero issues during our stay. We’ll be back for sure. Thank you Ms Beth!

Perfect location and hosts

We came down to the area for our sons proposal. Beth went above and beyond helping me find florists, food, everything I needed to throw a quick engagement party. The carriage house was the perfect spot for my husband and I to stay. Wish we could have stayed more then 2 nights. We will be back! Beth made us feel more like family than guests.

Gorgeous Place

The hosts are very communicative and provide you with a lot of information before, during and after your stay. We highly recommend staying here. The location and amenities are by far the best that we’ve had when staying in a cottage house. You won’t be disappointed! Thank you for making our safe in your home, wonderful!

Amazing Time!

We had an amazing time! Beth and Randy were great and checked in with us regularly to see there was anything we needed. The carriage house was beautiful and in a great location right near Camp Watercolor. It was just a short trip to the Beach Club or the Boathouse. The amenities were wonderful and we can’t wait to come back! This trip couldn’t have gone any better. These are literally the best owners I’ve dealt with.

Wonderful Stay in Watercolor

My husband, two daughters (ages 8 and 10), and I just finished staying at this property for a week over Spring Break. We had such a lovely time! Beth and Randy are amazing hosts and very responsive and friendly. The location of the carriage house is perfect! Is is right around the corner from Camp Watercolor and also near several ponds with turtles and great walking and biking paths. The 30A area can be very busy over Spring Break, but Watercolor was a welcome relief from the craziness of Seaside. We definitely recommend this property!

Carriage House

The carriage house was clean and comfortable for the two of us. Close to grocery store, five minute bike ride. We enjoyed having the bikes to ride around in the Water Color neighborhood and to the beach. Beth was an exceptional host, made sure we had everything we needed and even came to pick us up after our dinner because the trolley had stopped operating for the evening. We enjoyed visiting with Beth and Randy, and meeting Gunner their dog.

Property was fabulous and the host was fantastic! Trolley will take you anywhere around Watercolor. Beach was great. We didn’t take advantage of all the pools we could use, as this was a short stay. Next time for sure! We will definitely stay here again!
