Fools Gold is a straight shot to the beach through a private access, just 80 yards from the sugar-white sand and beautiful, emerald-green water of the Gulf of Mexico.
Fools Gold Suite 301 is a fabulous, upscale, casual yet elegant, spacious three-bedroom including kids' bunk room condominium. Located on the top floor of Grand Isle, directly on Scenic Highway 30-A, in the heart of Seagrove. Yes we have an elevator for your convenience. Fools Gold is a beautifully decorated, end unit with a spacious living area, dining room, and kitchen. Rooms boast southern views over the gulf and western views of the famous Emerald Coast sunsets. The balcony spans the entire length of the living room and master suite and is accessible through both.
All of our bedding has been updated. Our master suite features a plush mattress king-size bed, full bath, and a flat panel HD TV/DVD. The second bedroom offers a queen-size bed and a flat panel HD TV/DVD. The bunk room, designed with kids in mind, features a full-size bed on the bottom and a twin on top, plus a large, flat panel TV/DVD. These two bedrooms share a full bath with a tub. The living room sofa is a queen-size sleeper offering additional sleep space. Fools Gold has wireless secure internet. We also have a selection of DVD movies for you to enjoy.
If you need beach chair service please let us know.
For your convenience, there is also an excellent restaurant on the ground floor. The Perfect Pig serves breakfast, lunch, dinner and beverages.

Overall stay was great! The location is literally steps to the beach. Apartment is spacious and had all the amenities we needed. Owner was very responsive to all our questions. Offering some feedback to the owner... apartment was a little tired. Nothing some fresh paint couldn't fix. Also the apartment needs new beach chairs. One was completely broken and another was barely holding on. So recommend if beach chairs aren't replaced to rent some or bring your own. Also need new umbrella as the rigging was stripped and overall don't work so well. Again these are small recommendations but would definitely stay There again!
The property was very convenient to everything and the extra amenities (chairs, cooler, umbrella) were just perfect for the quick walk to the beach! Get the extra chairs and umbrella suggested, it was super easy and they were just waiting for us every day! Loved it! Thanks so much Shaun!
We stayed here for Spring Break with our family. It was perfect! Within walking distance of shops and restaurants, and private beach access. Bonus! Great size and the patio has a great view. Communication with management was quick and easy. And on-site parking was a very valuable perk. We will definitely stay here again!
Very nice place. Beds very comfortable, just across the street from beach, good breakfast place downstairs, could see a slice of the ocean from 3rd floor balcony. Door handle to balcony is hard to open and a fly swatter would be welcome. We enjoyed our stay.

What an awesome condo. 301 was one of the nicest condo's we have ever stayed in . The owner was so easy to work with , as this was a last minute decision. This is a beautiful place and we will be returning to 301 and seagrove beach.
Over the years, we have stayed up and down 30a, dealt with the traffic, and "beached" with the crowds. This property is right in the middle of everything, but easy to get around. Even on a busy spring break, beach with service was calm and relatively uncrowded compared to the condo areas or Seaside/Rosemary. You can get to those areas quick if you want especially if you rent bikes or golf carts like we did. Thank you for your clean place with all the amenities we need.
Our family drove from TX to Disney World in December and decided a nice return stop at the beach would be perfect. We've had multiple vacations at nearby Grayton Beach but found this location to be conveniently near the beach, in a great location, and at the perfect price. We found the beds to be very comfortable, which was much needed after what we put our bodies through at Disney. We had a chance to explore the beach a bit and hit our favorite eateries (Red Bar, AJ's, and the Hurricane Oyster Bar), and found a new favorite on the first floor of this condo. The Perfect Pig had delicious breakfast, with the grits being especially good.

This was our first time staying at this particular property and we had a great time. Beach access was an easy quick walk across the street. We enjoyed breakfast at the perfect pig one morning which made it easy being right below the condo. We enjoyed the large balcony overlooking 30A. Location was great and was an easy walk to a few shops and eateries. Perfect for biking to many more locations along the strip. Only two miles to seaside square. Condo was clean and had everything we needed. My kids enjoyed the bunk beds. It was a great place to stay for a much needed getaway for my kids spring break and sons birthday. The host was very responsive for any questions we had.

Comfortable condo, Great location, All the comforts of home!
The condo is a wonderful, hidden gem at Seagrove Beach! It is conveniently located near EVERYTHING! We love this 3rd floor unit with a great restaurant downstairs, plus shopping, and a quick walk to the beach, walking trails, other restaurants and many other amenities. I tried the hair salon downstairs and loved the results. We were able to walk just about everywhere we needed to be plus it was great exercise. The kitchen is well-equipped with anything you will need to cook, prepare snacks or bring in your food. Try Goatfeathers or Buddy's for fresh seafood, wine and all the fixings. The owner is very responsive and easy to access. Highly recommend this condo!

Very disappointed!
The positive points for this rental are the private beach with two included beach chairs and umbrella (across 30a), the outdoor balcony, and the wii game console. However, we were very disappointed with the actual condo. It needed a thorough cleaning. The kitchen cabinets were dirty, inside and out, as well as the extensive mill work and flooring. The mattresses were old and extremely soft and the bedspreads were obviously not washed between renters. The lamps in the bedrooms were cheap, used very low wattage, and were not good for reading. All in all, the condo and decor looked outdated and tired.
We had alot of fun. The property was in a great location and very spacious. The beach area was close and very beautiful. We rented a golf cart and highly recommend doing so. We had a little difficulty renting beach chairs. I suggest renting them along with the golf cart at the time of booking your location. We definately will want to stay here upon returning!
Loved the access to the beach. The condo was very clean and updated. Loved having all the beach toys, chairs and toys for the kids to play with. Road noise was a little loud but not unbearable. Owner was great at responding right away with questions.
Susan is awesome, the condo was perfect, the location and proximity to the beach, restaurants, shopping and grocery were terrific. The condo was outstanding loved it I will reserve it again next year for sure the combination of Susan, location and condo cant be beat!
This was a great condo for a family of 5. Plenty of room for everyone. Super clean. Great kitchen equipment if you plan to cook a lot. We hope to come here again!
