Perfect Getaway

This was a last minute trip, but it was just what we needed! Great location to the beach, pool access, and near different food options. It was a perfect place to stay with our kids! We will be back!

I am a licensed real estate broker thus familiar with state statutes, so in the future, I will be more vigilant in selecting a 3-bedroom condo that meets the legal definition of a bedroom. I would definitely recommend staying here if you have need to sleep 6 and are OK with 1 private bedroom, a bunkbed sleeping area outside bathroom doors with a shower curtain for privacy, and a living room sofa bed. Although it was an incredibly stressful situation where our stay went from a relaxing vacation to a teachable moment for my children to learn how to handle adversity with positivity, precision, and respect, the host and Vrbo worked to right the wrong quickly and seamlessly. I believe Vrbo and Expedia need to put in strict guidelines that meet state real estate law.

Gulf place is the perfect location on 30A. It’s super relaxed and doesn’t have the craziness of the eastern parts (Seaside or Rosemary Beach) yet only 10 min away. The beach is literally across the street with NO boundary issues the rest of 30a beaches seem to have. The shopping and amazing restaurants are a 3 min walk. The only negatives we had were not being provided paper towels or napkins. The bedding and furniture were nice. Highly recommend this complex or the Caribbean building if you need a 2 bedroom.

This condo was perfect, so clean and had everything we needed. It was not crowded at all on the beach which was great! It is so close to the beach access and pool which was so convenient. It is in a great location within walking distance to shops, resturants, mini mart, and ice cream. It is a very short distance to Seaside and all the fun little beach towns on 30A. The hosts were great and responded quickly. I would highly recommend staying here we loved it!

Great location and super clean, updated condo. We enjoyed all the amenities of beach chairs, umbrella, and beach toys. The host was super informative and always so helpful. The pool was right outside the back porch and the beach was only a few steps away too. We will definitely be staying here again!
