Wonderful stay

This property is exactly as described. The welcome starter kit was a surprise and we found the Villa was close to everything we wanted to do. The beach acess is across the street, the pool is very refreshing in the eveing and the laundry room was clean and convenient. We will be returning to this Villa in the very near future.

Close to the beach

Was closer to the beach than I thought with access just across the street. Bed was very comfortable and room was quiet.

We had a great time here. Family of 4 with 2 younger children so it worked well for us. Huge plus is it's right across the street from the beach and it was not crowded at all. Would highly recommend this studio.

Four day spring break get-away

Enjoyed great location near beach and friends. Place was as advertised - a cozy and comfortable efficiency. Work being done on the property was loud at times and covered the nice view to the pool. Bathroom and bedding were not completely clean and Wi-fi did not work upon arrival. Management company communicated well and worked to fix problems.

Great little studio!

The studio we stayed in was perfect for just the two of us. We loved how there was beach access directly across the street and it was close proximity to shops and restaurants, such as the seaside area. The perfect beach getaway! We will definitely stay there again on our next visit to the panhandle.

The Absolute Best!

This was a quick decision to make this trip and I am so glad we did. From initial booking to the day we left, everything was well communicated. Loved the welcome goodie bag we got. The condo was very clean and had provided everything we needed. Quick walk to the beach, which was stunning. Overall, our family had the best time and we plan on booking here again.

Beautiful area

The area was gorgeous. The rain was awful, but the ability to be right in the middle of all the action was great. Around every good restaurant. Right near a Publix to grab household staples. Walk straight to the beach. The place needed some updates, but it was nice enough for me and the pups.

This was the third time we have stayed at Hidden Beach (in the same unit). Just as before, we were not disappointed. The unit was clean and the rental staff is attentive and helpful answering any questions we might have. We look forwatd to returning many more times in the future.

The location is great and good parking. Large enough for 2 and pet friendly. The shower curtain fell down when touched, The bathroom floor wasn't clean, the tub drains very slowly and there was no bath soap!

Excellent, would highly recommend

The condo was clean and modern as the pictures show. The convenience to the beach is fantastic. The common area is well kept up and the patios have chairs for sitting. Sometimes, it does get noisy around the pool at night, but it seems to quiet down by 10:00. Not sure of the pool hours because we were always at the beach. I would recommend to future travelers and I would not have any problem booking this site again.

Perfect location

It's an efficiency but fine for two people. Very clean and the Murphy bed is veerry comfortable! (Surprised us). Sparsely but adequately appointed. Best part is immediate beach access just across the street from your front door. Literally a one minute walk. And it's pet-friendly which we needed. Only stayed two nights as we were passing through. Excellent Location

We loved this unit! It was only a 2 minute walk to the beach with access directly across the street. We loved having a pool just steps away from the back porch. The unit came with a beach wagon and chairs, which was so nice. We were able to request bikes and they were dropped off and picked up simply through your phone. I loved the location because we could bike to multiple restaurants, gas station, snowcones, etc. Loved bringing our pup too! We would have liked to know that dogs are not allowed in the grassy court yard area. There was a sign, but you could not see it from the rental. A lady came and informed us that dogs weren’t allowed. We could easily let him out in a grassy area in the front of the unit though.

Adequate for Price

This is an affordable option close Seaside. We booked last minute as chaperones to our daughter's soccer team spring break. The bed is a Murphy bed (folds down from the wall) and that was not clearly stated in the listing. The mattress was okay, not great. They did accept our pet, and the unit was clean, and everything worked except the TV. There was a cable box in the room, but it did not have active service. With wifi is DSL, and very slow. We also had intermitent outages. They sent someone over with a hotspot, but didn't leave it in the room. Again, for the price, the place was clean and safe.

Hidden Beach Villa 111

It is a cute studio condo with a pull down Murphy bed that is more comfortable than I would have imagined! We didn't use the pull out sleeper sofa. The condo was immaculate and nicely decorated. I felt at home immediately…..once I found the right door in the dark while it was raining😉. The kitchen is well supplied with dishes and cooking items, and appliances looked new. We didn't have any neighbors upstairs until the last night, so it was very quiet. Once neighbors arrived, you could hear people. The laundry facilities are out in the pool house. Very clean laundry area. I could only wish the pool had been heated so we could use it, but wasn't advertised as heated so I was not surprised. This unit has a morning sun view from the living room and patio, overlooking the pool area; great for my morning cup of coffee. Those units with a western view look like they could be hard to keep cool in the summer. This one was perfect! We travelled with our dogs. It was nice to find doggie bags located at the condo dumpsters. The gulf was just across the street, though you will get exercise going up and down the steps.😜. There is a wheelchair accessible ramp less than half a block away to use at the public parking area. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here!
