I have two suggestions. 1. Designate a parking space by the gate for the Ivory Tower and give guests a choice of arrival or departure day for their Cabana Man beach chair set up. Not everyone arrives early on check in day. Will definitely stay again.

Short but Happy Beach Trip!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: While we have been visiting the 30A area and shopping at Seaside for over 15 years, this was our first time staying at Seaside. We found that we enjoyed being close to all of the things Seaside has to offer. We really enjoyed having breakfast at Black Bear Coffee each morning especially since it is basically a part of the property. The staff of The Court was amazing to work with. Dan came out to greet us with our parking pass upon arrival and helped us get our things to the room where he went over all of the things we needed to know for our stay. While this was our first stay here, it will definitely not be our last.

Seaside Stay is an absolute gem! A beautiful coastal-style beach house. Super clean, stylish, and so comfortable.
