Nestled on Florida’s stunning Emerald Coast, The Beacon at 331 offers fully-furnished apartments designed for flexible stays, whether it’s a quick work trip, a beachside escape, or an extended getaway. Enjoy open-concept layouts with spacious full kitchens, walk-in closets, in-unit laundry, and fast WiFi. Dive into resort-style amenities like a sparkling pool, 24-hour fitness studio, coworking lounge, clubhouse, and a pampering pet spa.
All guests will need to pass CLEAR identity verification and a background check, we'll look for no evictions, collections, or criminal records.

For stays of 30+ nights, Landing also requires SSN - a soft credit check will be performed only on the primary guest. We look for a 550 credit score.
