The downstairs boasts the primary bedroom, a full bathroom, a full kitchen, open-concept living space, and private balcony. When you're not out on the beach, stretch out in this lovely home with friends and family.

Want some great non-beachy water activities? Head over to Grayton Beach State Park for some great hiking and lake swimming at a coastal dune lake. After toweling off, grab a beer at Grayton Brew Pub, because it's right next door. Just as pictured online - the couch was super comfy and the views of the beach were great! Third floor unit but the stairs weren’t bad. Will definitely stay here again! Property management was very responsive to our questions about parking and wifi - both issues resolved quickly.

We really enjoyed our time at this lovely condo. It’s exactly like the listing, and WOW!!! I’ve never had a place be so immaculately clean!!! The view was beautiful and we enjoyed it thoroughly. The area was both quiet and very conveniently located off 30A, close to The Best Key Lime Pie EVER - Old Florida Fish House. Would definitely recommend and return :)
