We recently stayed at 49 Bluejack and it was nothing short of amazing! Plenty of space for a large group to spread out. Kitchen was fully stocked and the ping pong table, golf cart, and screened in porch were some of our favorite parts of this rental! Would definitely rent again in the future!

Best vacation house in a beautiful community

Our group consisted of friends and family, ages ranging from 14 to 54. We truly enjoyed the house and the bike riding. We spent most our time on bikes which was the best part of this vacation. The house is in a great location. We only used our car to go outside of Seaside/30A. Truly an amazing place!

Our stay at Watercolor was wonderful. Everyone in our family really enjoyed the home and the resort. Sanders Beach Rentals was absolutely the best company I have ever rented from. Everything was spot on with the description. The amenities were great for each age group. Lots to do and see. Everyone we came in contact with were kind, engaging and attentive to our needs. I would HIGHLY recommend Sanders Beach Rentals and Watercolor. We will be going back!

The kitchen was almost inadequate for the 14 people in our family. In cold weather this house should have enough seating for 14 at meal time. Inadequate living room seating for family of 14.Otherwise, everything about this house was great.

Perfect relaxing watercolor getaway

The house was perfect for two families with 4 kids! Could have accommodated even more people! We loved the layout of the interior, the outside screen in porches and swing on the front of the home. Kitchen was well equipped and loved cooking meals here. Close walk to the trails and pools... I would love to stay here again!

Amazing stay, will definitely return

We thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay. The property is exactly as advertising and comfortably slept our party of 13. The bikes and golf cart were great additions that allowed us to easily move throughout the neighborhood. The pools and beach access were great. We had one minor issue that needed to be addressed and was resolved within half an hour!! I would highly recommend this property, we'll definitely be back.

Great house for a big family with kids and grandkids

Great experience. No complaints. Everyone had their own bathroom. House was clean. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking pots and pans and utensils. Big porches all around. Bunk room sleeps 6 including trundle beds. Carriage house room was nice.

the website and pictures made the house look amazing. however, once we got there we realized the pictures didn't represent the home well. The house is not very functional for a large family. The kitchen is very small and we cook most of our meals at home. The fan in the master room squeaked and many parts of the home appeared dated. we had no access to the 2 car garage or carriage house. we've been coming to watercolor for 12 years staying at many different homes in the area. for a large family the home did not function as we anticipated it would. working with sanders was the highlight. the home was clean and the service was fantastic. I would not rec. this home but would rec. sanders.

We have stayed in Watercolor many times and this was one of my favorite houses! We traveled with two other couples and loved the fact that this house had 3 king beds with ensuites. The decorations were beautiful and the kitchen had all we needed and more! We felt right at home and didn’t want to leave! We love Sanders Realty! They are attentive to our every need and helped us relax and enjoy a wonderful vacation!

Absolutely loved this home

This home is great for families with teenagers, with one master downstairs and 3 bedrooms upstairs with an common sitting area makes it nice for the kids have their own area. The home had everything we needed pots, pans and all TV's had Netflix. We have been going to Watercolor for 5 years and this home was my favorite. The location is great, we love eating at the resturaunt above the pool at the beach.
