Step inside 12 Viridian Park Drive and experience modern comfort in a timeless coastal setting. The open-concept first floor features a grand great room with high ceilings, warm hardwood floors, and comfortable furnishings for family gatherings. The gourmet kitchen is equipped with Viking appliances, granite countertops, and a breakfast bar, while the dining area seats up to thirteen guests for shared meals and celebrations.

The first floor includes a queen bedroom with a private bath and convenient access to the patio. Upstairs, the primary suite offers a king bed, private balcony overlooking the pool, and a spa-like bath with a soaking tub and walk-in shower. A second king suite and a queen guest room with private baths complete the level.

The third floor provides a cozy loft with a full sleeper sofa and twin sleeper, an ideal hangout for kids or teens.

Step outdoors to enjoy your private pool and spa surrounded by lush greenery. The spacious patio features lounge seating, a natural gas grill, and an outdoor shower for added convenience. Whether relaxing poolside or exploring by bike, this home is perfectly situated near Seaside, Camp WaterColor, and the Beach Club.

Please note: The indoor fireplace and outdoor fire pit are unavailable for guest use.

Guests may rent a cart exclusively through The Electric Cart Company. Please note that WaterColor allows only one electric cart per home, and rentals are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Advance reservations are strongly recommended, especially during peak seasons.

Great stay

Overall, we had a lovely stay and the house was very comfortable. The home is beautiful and was well equipped with everything we could have needed. The house could use a touch-up; furniture is a little worn, walls could use a paint refresh, and generally the home just photographs slightly better than it presents in-person.

Wonderful Stay!

We always enjoy our trips to Watercolor and appreciate the great service Sanders offers! They're always quick to respond and help. This home was great! We loved the quick walk/access to Seaside and the hot tub was perfect on chillier nights in March. We will absolutely be back! Thank you!

Beautiful property in an excellent location

The property was clean, comfortable, well-stocked, and beautiful. Just as pictured in the listing. We had a couple of minor issues that were addressed promptly: the oven wasn’t heating up and we didn’t know how to turn on the fountain at the pool. The larger oven never really did work correctly, but we had the smaller oven so all was fine. The beds are all so comfy, lots of spaces indoor and outdoor that my entire group was very comfortable. Loved our afternoons by the pool grilling and hanging out w the kids! And, of course Watercolor is the best community; we were close to everything! Would definitely recommend, and will book again.

This was a fantastic property and the location couldn’t be better if you enjoy Seaside as it’s only a 4 minute walk to the square. We did have some issues with the stove but management made up for it by giving us late check out and worked with us when our flight was delayed.

Premo location. Things this house excelled at that previous properties in the area were lacking: air conditioning was amazing, pool person came multiple times during our week and hot tub was nice and toasty, mattresses were nice as well. A rare house that close that backyard is so private.
