Welcome to Blue Haven, a bright and updated 4BR/3BA pet-friendly home located on a quiet dead-end street in Blue Mountain Beach. This spacious retreat features new flooring and refreshed vanities, a fully fenced backyard, a fire pit with Adirondack seating, string lights, a grill, and outdoor dining—perfect for relaxing after a day on 30A. Guests enjoy complimentary beach chairs, beach towels, umbrellas, and beach toys/equipment.

The home provides access to two different beach accesses. The closer access is 0.4 miles away (7–9 minutes walking, 2 minutes by bike, 1 minute by golf cart). This access is ideal for shoreline walks, quick dips, and enjoying the water, but due to Walton County rules, chairs, umbrellas, tents, and gear cannot be set up on this private stretch of beach.

The main public beach access is 0.7 miles away (12–14 minutes walking, 3–4 minutes by bike, 2 minutes by golf cart). This is where guests can fully set up beach chairs, umbrellas, and gear for a full beach day. This access is the best option for families bringing equipment or planning to stay on the sand for longer periods.

Inside, the home offers a comfortable and family-friendly layout:

Perfect Little Spot

We were in town for our daughters wedding and this home was perfect for our family to stay in and close to the venue. We loved it! The kitchen had everything we needed it and we loved the backyard space.

Review

Great Property - neighbors were nice. The only negative was the HVAC- the only thermostat that we could find was upstairs and it was fall so we needed the heat in the evenings. It was warm enough upstairs but in the morning downstairs it was freezing an only warmed up during the day when the temperature went up. The only other comment I have is that there were no dressers in any of the bedrooms which was inconvenient. Otherwise - nice property - Firepit and outside was very nice, too bad we couldn't use it because there was an outdoor fire ban. ;

Perfect Family Oasis

This was the perfect space to reconnect with my adult children with ample room to spread out. The grand dogs were also comfortable. Perfect distance to the area attractions and beach access. Owner is also super accommodating. Will definitely book again.

Blue Haven comfort

The property was nice and well taken care of, owner communicated with us promptly. The description is very accurate. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely go there again - just with more people!
