Amazing Beach Getaway!

House is immaculate and well appointed. Steps away from large community pool and hot tub. Pam the host is an excellent communicator. Our family of 6 had a wonderful time and will definately be back next year. Highly recommend!! Rent a golf cart for easy access to area attractions and go to Mimmo’s and Shunk Gulley for a great meal.

Beautiful Stay at Pam and David’s place

We were a large group of 12 and everyone loved the place.The house was very Beautiful, clean , cozy and comfortable. Pam and David thought about each and everything about their guest while planning the stay. Location was close to very nice beaches and had all the good restaurants nearby. Pam and David was very helpful in guiding and helping us whenever we had any questions or looking for any recommendations. We would definitely come back here.

Awesome Home

This home is the perfect beach getaway! It is beautifully decorated, well stocked, very clean, and has absolutely everything that you need. It is light and airy and the 2 outdoor porches were great for relaxing. It’s close to the large community pool and is a quick drive or easy bike ride to the beach. Everything looks new and well maintained. Would definitely stay here again in the future!

We’ve stayed with Pam and David quite a few times, and their property, service, and hospitality never disappoint. We highly recommend this beautiful home for its cleanliness, spaciousness, prime location, and amenities. We love the close proximity to the community pool and the lovely restaurant and ice cream shop right down the road. We have five children ranging in age from 16-9 and the home is perfect for our family. We will be back soon!

Fantastic!

We just completed a fun filled week at Pam & David's Sweet Peaches Beach House. Everything was clean and in great condition. It was exactly as advertised. We appreciated how Pam was very responsive and informative. The beautiful community pool was two doors down and we spent a lot of time there. Will definitely return when coming back to the 30A area.

Best Home!

My family of 5 visit 30A every Spring Break & we’re normally last minute booking a house for the week - this home was the best we’ve visited! The location is perfect, short walk to the heated pool, bikes on the property and a short ride to the beach. We have teenagers that love their own space and we had just enough room for everyone. Pam and David communicated with us upon arrival and were very accommodating after our departure. We thank you guys so much for making this one of the most memorable Spring Breaks! ❤️

Top Tier Relaxation

First of all, Pam and David are execeptional hosts! Very communicative and informative! The house is immaculate and spacious. Bedrooms are generously sized. There is 1 king bedroom (master) on the main floor and it is phenomenal! The pull out couch was comfy. Upstairs slept 7 of our party comfortably! Kitchen is chef's kiss. We had a party of ten and cooked everyday. Plenty of kitchen items provided to get the job done. The back porch was used extensively. There is a ceiling fan and TV. The front porch has seating for a good evening chat with the fam. The community offers a pool! It is pretty sizeable and has seating if you just want to relax without wading in. But trust me the sun will make you get in the pool! Now let's talk about the area. So stinking beautiful! Lots of restaurants! Pam and David can give you recommendations. It's really busy around 10 am so get out early for breakfast. Dinner gets busy around 430/5. It is a 2 lane strip so there is high traffic sometimes. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND GETTING A CART! The beach is clean and clear but can get crowded quick. The hosts provide beach umbrellas and chairs. They also provide bikes to ride around to sightsee! Not much around for attractions/activities other than the beach. But Panama City and the Destin/Fort Walton is about an hour away. Plenty to do there. We had a recommendation to visit Crab Island (another beach in Destin/Fort Walton) but we didn't make it.100 out of 10 recommend these hosts and this home.

1st Family Trip to the Beach

I really can’t compare to anything as this was our 1st trip to the beach and using VRBO. Total process was very easy. Our host was just amazing, kept checking in on us and quick response for any questions. The house was immaculately clean and very new. We were 3 houses down from the resort style pool which was perfect for all of our kids ranging from 19-3 years old. The pool ranges in depth from very shallow to a spot in the corner that was 6ft deep. The pool area and bathrooms were very clean. I know this is a neighborhood and HOA keeps track of pool, but it would be nice if they had a small concession stand at pool for guest. The pool has security but no life gaurd. Not a big deal, I thought the security was a nice touch. The house came with just about everything you needed for your beach trip. We are not early risers, and to get a spot at these beaches on 30A you need to be. However it worked out perfect for us, each day we went to the beach around 2pm and found a spot when the morning people were leaving. Back to the house, it has everything you need if you want to save money and cook your meals. Two nice size porches for morning coffee, plenty of bicycles, my 15 year old enjoyed riding solo through the small hilly neighborhood. All house and yards were very well maintained. Lots of local food places for dining out if that’s your thing. This is the perfect place for a big family friendly vacation. A Walmart and a Publix Grocery store is a couple miles away if you need.

Family Vacation

The property was just like the pictures. There was enough room for 6 adults and 6 kids. Hosts were very helpful and everyone in the area was really nice. We enjoyed our stay. The kids loved the pool and the house is only a few steps away from it.

Girl Scout Trip

Pam and David’s home is beautiful, incredibly clean, and comfortable. Distance to the pool is great, we grilled hotdogs for lunch poolside one afternoon. It’s a lovely pool area. Distance to the beach was a bit less convenient, as we felt we needed to drive with our gear and parking at beaches was sometimes an issue. However, this was minor for us and the area is nice—great neighborhood, coffee shop and restaurants walkable. The beaches we went to were great and plentiful. Communication with Pam and David was easy and they were super nice and responsive. I felt like we had a concierge! I highly recommend this property!

Amazing Stay!

The house was beautiful, maintained, and clean. There is ample beach supplies to make packing light. The owner’s were responsive to all of our questions and gave us helpful information about the area in order to make our vacation more enjoyable. Beach access is a short ride away and the beautiful community pool is located two houses down. We would love to stay at this property again.

Great home!

Family walked into home for the first time and said wow this is nice! And they loved the new home smell. Perfect size for our family of 6. Loved sitting on porches to begin and end the day. Located close to pool was a plus as well. Would definitely stay here again!

Girls Trip!!

We had a great stay! The house was very clean and had plenty of room for all of us. We loved the location and convenience of being only 3 houses from the pool, hot tub and grilling area. The beach access that we like the best was across from Stinky’s so it was easy to walk up to get lunch!! The teens enjoyed the bikes that came with the house to head to the Blue Mountain Beach Creamery! We will definitely be back!

Incredible stay!

This property is everything you’d want in a vacation. Impeccably clean (and I am a tough critic) and well maintained. Steps from the pool and plenty of space for everyone to spread out. My personal favorite part is the spacious covered porches- there are two and while both are wonderful, the backyard one is so peaceful and serene! Would absolutely return here and recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, well decorated place to relax with friends or family!

Great Spring Break Location

Wonderful week for family to chill by the pool and take outings to the beach! This property is just a few houses from the pool area which is an oasis within itself. The property is a mile from the beach so riding the rented golf cart or bikes got us there quicker. The neighborhood and area were very family friendly which is what we enjoyed the most. The house was extremely clean and perfect for our family. I especially enjoyed a quiet breakfast every morning on the covered back porch.
