The essence of this home was designed for families to come together, safely and enjoy the luxury of being in a coastal naturalistic environment. The masterful elevation spans 3 vertical stories with residential elevator accessibility to all three floors for optimal comfort. The first level offers a beautiful vestibule entryway from both sides of the home and offers a large first floor living area complete with custom bar, king bedroom with ensuite as well as direct access to the outdoor courtyard complete with outdoor kitchen, resort pool and spa.
The second level is the epicenter of the home. The chef's kitchen is the heart of the home with dual islands and finely appointed finishes including a custom vent hood from Thierry Francois along with his signature french oak flooring. Meile appliances will be standard throughout the home, with a Viking gas range, as well as open shelving and ample cabinet space fully stocked with everything needed to entertain. The living room off the kitchen is a true paradise with access to expansive wrap around porches and 10' glass sliding doors overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and the private courtyard and resort pool. The living room features ample seating, sleek linear gas fireplace with limestone surround and beautiful wood ceilings. The second floor offers a private laundry and ensuite bathrooms for all bedrooms.
The third floor is the master level featuring four separate bedroom suites, most offering incredible gulf views as well as a second laundry room and sitting area. The master suite has exclusive access to the expansive covered wrap around porch and offers vaulted ceilings and floor to ceiling glass sliding doors to soak in the incredible gulf vistas. The master bathroom is an in-home spa with soaking tub and shower encased in suspended glass and overlooking a floor to ceiling glass door focused on unobstructed gulf views. The overall design and function of this home is catered to hosting as many families comfortably as possible. Each bedroom is set up as a master suite with no expense spared as every ensuite features custom marble and dolomite tile as well as intricate mosaics that make each space unique and detailed.

Beyond our expectations!
This home was amazing! Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything was immaculate and the host thought of all the extras including golf cart and bikes. The location and proximity to the beach were great. My family will definitely return!

Perfect for large parities
We recently stayed here for a girls weekend in Seagrove Seaside area. This was a great house that allowed up to 20 people to sleep comfortably. It was big enough that we all had our own space but we’re also able to hang out when we wanted to beautiful home, just an easy walk to the beach, the heated, hot tub and pool were great as well.

Absolutely stunning!
We come to 30 A every summer and there is usually 18-20 of us!! One big family! This year was even more special , my niece got engaged and we had a big celebration! This home was perfect for us! So much room and especially family sitting together and being together whether in the big beautiful living area or deck areas or pool or pool gathering area on the first floor! It was perfect. Beds were wonderful too!! Decor was fabulous ! Loved the short jaunt to the beach, and the fact it was not crowded in our area! . We will definitely be back! I’m a very picky person and this one checked all the Boxes! And the just were wonderful! On top of their game!

Spectacular!
We loved Seaclusion by the Sea! There was plenty of room for all 16 of us! The floorplan worked great, too as there was plenty of space for everyone to gather and to be by themselves. The view from the 4th floor balcony was spectacular - especially at night with a clear view of the Milky Way. The home lacked nothing and made our stay both accommodating and luxurious. The kitchen had everything for us to cook almost every meal at home, the 6 kids loved the bunk room, the adults all loved their own ensuite bathrooms/bedrooms, the balconies were all great and the pool and spa were beautiful and enjoyed by all. We loved having the convenience of the golf cart and the bikes, too. I was worried about the trek to the beach, but it was fine and the kids loved the adventure of the path. One member of our family is disabled, so the elevator really made the entire home accessible. We really got lucky with perfect weather and a perfect beach, too! We hope to come back! Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful and well thought out home!

Labor Day luxury
We have been coming to this are for 3 years and by far this has been the best house yet! It accommodated all of our needs and then some.
Very well appointed, Kutcher was missing nothing.
Bedrooms were large and the bedding was heavenly.
We had 12 adult couples and we all had a bedroom and en suite bathroom (very much appreciated).
The only thing we can critique is no tv out by Pool and that pool alarm button that none of us could remember to push, but those are minor inconveniences.
Would absolutely stay here again!
