We enjoyed the property. However, there is a black mold issue in both bathrooms. The property management company stated that they were not aware of this. They did send someone to clean it although there were still spots of visible mold in the bathroom fans after the cleaning. The property managers did not respond to me when I said that the mold is probably a larger problem that required more than a simple cleaning.
