The house was fine. It’s really a 3 bedroom with twin bunks thrown into a small office (no closet or dresser) and a sleeping dorm with a bunch of bunks in a basement that you need to walk through to get to the beach. The living area does not really accommodate large groups. Even though the house is beach front, the beach is shared by the entire gated community. Be aware that this is a restricted beach area with a lot of rules (no tents, they want you to use their chairs/umbrellas, etc.). Also, it is adjacent to a very busy public beach access.
Very disappointed in our stay. Floors were filthy and sand in beds upon arrival. Gym listed and pictured as an amenity but was told off limits to guests. False advertising. Roaches in lower level room where our children slept. Won’t be back

We did not have direct access to the beach because the walk to the beach was under construction. We woke up every morning to the sound of generators, saws, air compressors, nail guns and the work crew. There were issues with the dish washer, refridegerator, and the clothes washer. Won't be back
Great location, management company was not as responsive as I’d like
The house was beautiful. However there was no closet space or dressers in bottom bedroom so couldn’t unpack suitcases. Master bedroom had no accessible closet. No broom in house so had to contact management company to get one delivered. Also there are only 3 outlets in the kitchen and 2 of them went out. Contacted management company and they never came to fix it.
