Gulf Front at Blue Mountain Beach Condo is located along the beautiful beaches of South Walton and on Scenic 30A near Grayton Beach, Seaside, and Watercolor. One will find some of the best restaurants and shopping areas of the panhandle, such as Stinky's Bait Shack and Bud and Alley's. 

The 27-mile bike path provides hours of fun and exercise for the whole family as you ride a safe and easy path from Blue Mountain Beach Condos to shops, art galleries, restaurants, Seaside, Watercolor, Grayton Beach or Topsail State Park, and other beach areas. Bike rentals are available and within walking distance at Big Daddy's Bike Shop.  Enjoy a ride-along scenic 30A. 

Bike over to Blue Mountain Beach Creamery for some homemade scoops that will have your taste buds coming back! You'll have an array of dining options as well!

The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Sea Turtle Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 783 feet out from the Grayton Beach State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Sea Turtle Reef is at a depth of 12-19 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!
