Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Replace all furniture to its original location.
Clean all pots and pans. Load and start the dishwasher for all remaining dishwasher safe items.
Turn off all lights, fans, and electronics.
Remove all food from the refrigerator, freezer, and cabinets.
Remove all garbage from the interior garbage cans and place in the outdoor trash cans.
Lock all windows and doors.
Even if not a trash day, move the outdoor trash cans to the curbline for pickup.
Beds can be left unmade, but please place all towels and washcloths in a pile on the bathroom floors.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
