Welcome to "Salty Springs!" This beautifully decorated 3 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath beach home is only minutes from the gorgeous waters of the Emerald coast, and located just down the street from the community pool!

By reserving this property, yo receive a credit to be used toward beach gear rentals and services at La Dolce Vita! This includes bike rentals, beach chairs, beach chair/umbrella set-up, paddle boards, kayaks, tours/experiences, and could even be used towards a beach bonfire for the entire family! As if that wasn't enough, while staying at "Salty," you are only 2 minutes away from 30A's newest beach access and right down the street from, "Stinky's," a local's favorite restaurant.

This home is located in Santa Rosa Beach on the west end of 30A in the popular family-friendly neighborhood of, "Serenity at Dune Allen." The neighborhood is situated directly across from the brand-new public beach access, which is equipped with plenty of parking, nice new bathrooms, and a large ramp all the way down to the sand. It is minutes from the popular shopping, and dining area of Gulf Place, so it is an easy golf cart ride away, and close enough to take a bike ride down 30A to get your morning cup of Joe from, "Sunrise Coffee." You, and your family is sure to fall in love with all that this gorgeous home has to offer! The first-floor open concept is a perfect place to hang with all the family and be sure that everyone is included. Off of the kitchen is a Large Guest Suite, complete with a king bed and a large bathroom. Off the first floor is access to the homes private balcony that boasts a cozy sitting area and a large flat screen tv...the perfect spot for your morning cup of coffee, or evening night cap!

The second floor boasts 2 additional bedrooms, laundry room, as well as a loft with additional seating, game table, and a large flat-screen tv! The second living area in the home is perfect for when your group wants to be just relaxing at home together for an evening, but still needs some extra space to spread out! The couch in the loft pulls out to be a queen sleeper sofa in case your family needs additional sleeping arrangements. Additionally on the second floor of the home you will find the large master suite. This primary suite is completed with a king bed, and the gorgeous master bathroom boasting a large soaking tub and beautiful walk-in shower. Also on the 2nd floor of the home is the large bunk room with built-in bunks that comfortably sleep 6! The bunk room has a full XL over King bunk, as well as a set of twin over twin built-in bunks! The bunk room also has access to the hallway bathroom so that the guests in both this room, or whomever sleeps in the loft will have easy access to a bathroom.

These items are provided for your convenience, and are only intended to get you through your first 24-48 hours of your stay.
