30A Beach Bungalow is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom retreat offering 1,428 sq ft of coastal charm on the south side of 30A. Tucked down a private, tree-lined driveway in Seagrove, the home is ideally located near beach access, Eastern Lake, and the area's best dining. With its inviting front porch, large backyard, and thoughtfully designed interior, this home is perfect for a laid-back beach vacation with family or friends.

Inside, guests will find a comfortable living room with a Smart TV and no-fuss, streaming entertainment. The kitchen includes ample counter space, bar seating, and a walk-in pantry. The adjoining laundry room adds extra convenience. A queen bedroom and full bath are located on the main level, while upstairs hosts additional bedrooms that share a full bath.

The sweetest beach house

My husband and I booked 30A Beach Bungalow for a week for a "work-from-home vacation" and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house is as cute as ever and exactly as pictured. Aside from being pet-friendly so we could bring our little pug, the location and amenities couldn't be more perfect.The house is on a quiet street off 30A, but still close enough to the water and shops. We walked and/or biked to the beach and coffee every day, and the fact that the house came with bikes, beach chairs, and umbrellas was super convenient. We would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking for a quiet place to stay and we can't wait to go back!
