The home was great. Very clean and the hosts were very responsive. The location was great, it was an easy golf cart or trolley ride to get everywhere we wanted to go. We all really enjoyed our stay.

Great value!

With access to the Beach Club and Camp Watercolor, it is tough to find a better deal than Watercolor. The house was in great shape; as good as or better than the pictures. The kitchen was fully stocked with high-quality appliances, cutlery, dishes, etc. Parking behind the house was super convenient since we had a car. 100% recommend this property.

Great family stay in Watercolor

Very comfortable stay for 4 adults and a toddler. Was originally planning for 6 adults, and while that is definitely possible, it may have felt a bit cramped. Children's room (bunk beds) is quite small, so if you're planning to put a Pack 'n Play in there, be sure to get measurements first. Lots of comfy seating. Very clean. Recommended!

Watercolor family vacation 2023

As previous owners of a cottage in Watercolor, we know what a wonderful first class family community it is - we now enjoy going back as renters and this house did not disappoint! It is beautifully furnished and the layout was ideal for us grandparents and our daughter and her family, including their nanny. We rented a low speed vehicle to get around in and also used the bikes. Having the Dragonfly pool nearby was nice and we also spent time at the beach club and camp watercolor.

The house is close to the Dragonfly pool and 5 minute bike ride to Camp Watercolor. All of the Watercolor amenities are within a comfortable biking distance, including riding to Seaside.

We had a fabulous stay!! Perfect home for a mom and daughter trip! We biked and golf carted throughout and loved the location. The home was beautiful, comfortable and had everything we needed for a wonderful spring break stay! Highly recommend and look forward to coming back!!
