  • Waves is a classic Seaside beach cottage of perfect proportions, located along the walking paths in Seaside, only a few paces to the beach, to the shops, or restaurants and famous Airstream trailers of Seaside center. It is only a few steps to the white sand beaches and emerald waters of Seaside, with it private access to the beach through its own Pavilion.
    Waves has a super beachy feel- and is well suited for a retreat a couple or small family.
    It is a romantic spot in a perfect location.
    Waves has its own private small deck and a garden with places to sit, eat or swing!

    It also has its own outdoor shower for rinsing after the beach
    In the heart of Seaside on Pensacola Street,

    Waves(vrbo#1469943) is a separate carriage house located on the same grounds as the main home Breakers(vrbo#1469942). If you wish to reserve the main home along with Waves please rent each property.
    If you do not wish to reserve the main home along with Waves, please be aware it can be rented separately and there is a chance it will be occupied by other guests during your stay.

    Access is included to Seaside Swim and Tennis Club with its private tennis courts, 3 swimming pools, and playgrounds.

    *Please note: You must be at least 25 years old to rent
    *If you choose to bring your dog/s, there is an additional, non-refundable pet fee of $150 per dog. The fee is to be charged after reservation confirmation.

Lovely Seaside cottage for Two

This is a really sweet home and right in the middle of all the fun things to see and do in Seaside! Having a roomy outdoor space was so nice as well.

We loved our stay at Waves! It is truly the perfect location. The property was clean and easy to get to. All the directions provided to us were extremely thorough and made check-in and check-out seamless. We cannot wait to come back and stay again!

Waves Property Seaside

We had an excellent stay. In fact we're already discussing a return trip to the 30A next year! The Waves cottage is quite small, but it is a great location, and is bright, clean and comfortable. It's great for a couple or a family of four with small kids.

Vacay with Dog

This property was exactly as advertised. Communication was always efficient and the property manager checked in routinely to make sure we had everything we needed. Check-in and out was easy. Wonderful location and our dog loved being able to tag along. Would stay again!

Love the location!

Stayed here for my husband’s 40th birthday. The carriage house was beautiful, very clean. Within walking distance to the main square in seaside. There was some confusion with parking, but overall an excellent time.

Quaint Escape

Perfect location to enjoy all the area amenities by foot. A block or so to the beach, pool, park, shops and restaurants. Sandy little tree covered paths. Barefoot nearly the whole stay, a fun escape from the real world! Note: make sure to pack some pantry staples and seasonings if you plan to cook.

Greta location!

Great location, convenient to everything! Our only two complaints were there were some torn bath towels and the outdoor area wasn't really useable due to leaves, dirt, etc (a small wooden deck like the surrounding cottages had would be amazing!) Happy with it overall!

Seaside Summer 2021

We really enjoyed our stay at Waves ! The location is perfect ; we were able to walk to the shops , pools and beach with no problem. It was just two of us and I would say that the cottage is just right for two, but no more than that. We did have an issue with no internet until our third day and were never able to get any TV channels ; Netflix and Amazon PRIME did work however. It's a great little cottage for a couple !

My wife and I stayed in Waves after our wedding and it was lovely! Very convenient to both the beach and the square in Seaside. It was clean and trendy. The downstairs was a bit cold, it seemed like the heat was having trouble getting down there. Also the internet and cable were having a bit of a struggle. All in all though, it was a great stay!

Great Location, could use some updates

We stayed at Waves with 3 of us (two adults and a toddler). You could possibly house one other kid, but that's about the max space it offers. Great location and easy walk to the Seaside square, beach, and pool. The pull out couch mattress was moldy and old, recommend replacement. Also, the queen mattress was extremely hard (and we're not picky). We didn't spend much time at the house but it worked for our needs. If both mattresses were replaced I don't think I'd have anything bad to say!

Decent place

Location and price were perfect. No shades on the bathroom windows so anyone can peek in and watch you shower or use the toilet. It was mostly clean. Floor was sandy, bathtub looked sad and dirty. The kitchen had dried liquids on cabinets (I cleaned it up) fridge handles were dirty and there was a blood stain on an extra pillow. And the extra pillows were stored touching a broom and vacuum. Overall, our stay was nice. The cleanliness tracked for a house rental. Property management company was communicative. The various rules and regulations aren’t consistent with information sources… whether it’s the app, email or what’s posted in the rental.

Thank you for the great stay!

We had a wonderful stay at the property and it was exactly as the photos showed! The location is near pretty everything and we had no need to get a car! It’s a great home for 2 people (it was just myself and my husband) I don’t think you could fit anymore. I feel this home is so close to being 5 out of 5 stars the only thing lacking was the comfort level. The bed was pretty rock hard and tough to sleep on for a full week. If you are only doing a weekend you’ll be okay! Maybe adding a mattress pad would give guests that level of comfort. Also the dryer took a few spins to get your clothes fully dry but that was okay for us since we had time in the space. We did utilize the kitchen a good amount on our stay just note there isn’t a dishwasher! Overall we would love to stay again and recommend for a couple coming to town!

Excellent, would highly recommend

Great for two adults, and maybe a baby. Wouldn't come with 4 people, especially not 4 adults. It was comfortable, super close to the beach and all the shops and had pretty much everything you need. The bed was pretty comfortable (slightly too firm) but it did the job. Kitchen was almost fully equipped, but wouldn't recommend trying to make a full on dinner in there. Just kind of small and no dishwasher- doable though. Would recommend that they add a heavy blanket for the pullout bed/ couch up stairs. It comes with two throw blankets that are thin and a set of sheets and one pillow. Would also recommend they add a handheld vacuum so you can easily get the sand up. Broom works just not very convenient and doesn't get it all up. Overall really enjoyed it and would stay here again.

I left notes on the note card in the space. But overall a good stay. The few notes I had were as follows: Floors dirty with hair Counter tops & sinks & shower had hair Bedroom Ceiling I could not get to work Hot Water was minimal - lasted about 4 -5 minutes per shower then ice cold Drinking glasses and utensils had to be washed before I could use Please see note left in space for any other comments

Perfect location...adorable cottage!

Place was perfect and so close to downtown. We came in for a long weekend for our anniversary, and they had left us a note and wine. The customer service was amazing!
