"Lack of information for hotel amenities. After the fact found out about “live music”. Did not know where to get breakfast. Did not use pool area, weather not good, raining. Description for room said partial view. , we had a very nice view of grounds and ocean. "

"The staff is amazing. I can not say enough good things about the staff. Our hotel room had no water in the kitchen, and the AC did not work. We were also never told that the hotel was under construction, so our entire stay was filled with construction noise. Hammering, saw noises, paint smell, and construction workers and tools in the elevators and hallways. It was not the experience that we thought that we were going to receive. I wish we would have been told about all of this prior to booking, or at least at check in. That way we could have made the decision as to if that is what we were interested in or not."
