"It's decent place to stay. It had a restaurant nice pool. Most rooms are lofts. The stairs to the loft are thin and no rail. If you have to use the restroom you have to go down the stairs. They do have 2 bed room rooms with two shower. The 1st time I stayed I was able to have the two bedrooms. The second stay they only had the loft. That was disappointing "

"La atención en la recepción deja mucho que desear, poco dispuesta y nada amable. El aire de la habitación se dañó a las 2 a.m., al momento de reportarlo nos dijeron que el técnico llegaría después de las 9 a.m., eran las 12 del mediodía y aún seguíamos esperando que lo arreglaran. El desayuno con opciones bien limitadas. El olor del lugar súper desagradable. La ubicación no es buena, para llegar a cualquier lugar decente debes manejar por lo menos unos minutos 15/20 minutos. NO LO RECOMIENDO EN LO ABSOLUTO."

"We stayed here to be closer to the airport for our last 2 nights in Costa Rica. It was perfect! The staff was friendly and helpful. The top floor with pool was great with amazing views. Our room with balcony was perfect! We booked the premium room on the 7th floor for dining perks. Breakfast buffet was amazing and snacks in the evening was more like a full course dinner. 24 hr access to coffee and refreshments. I will definitely book again at the Sheraton. "

"The tricky lady at the front desk tried to charge us twice for the breakfast. Parking place is a nightmare, always closed, dark, alone and you must go out of your car to ask (almost beg) for somebody to walk and open the gate. They offer amenities like a hair dryer. Lie. You must call and wait a long time for it. It was a good expensive hotel. Now its only expensive."

"Not enough staff. Takes to long to ask for anything or get a person on the phone. Hotel halls extremely long the distance from one place to another was way too much. "
